Additionally, PAD protesters are claiming in the latest reports that if ALL members of the cabinet ministry are not removed, they'll be back. I can only assume that since they were extremely effective in halting Thailand's economy by laying siege to the airports that they will resort to the same desperate measure next time. It is an insidious political power struggle at the core.

I agree, when they stormed the airports PAD showed a shocking disrespect to the average Thai. I have read that these sit-ins will cost around 1 million jobs, this has impacted the poor to middle class in a fundamental way.

Nicely stated. I think a lot of people don't realise what an insidious organisation the PAD actually is. They represent the forces of reaction rather than progress. Interestingly, they have cost the country much more money than any of Thaksin's corrupt practices. They've temporarily crippled a major section of Thailand's economy. And they don't seem to care about this, which, in my opinion, is clear eveidence that this is a power struggle and is nothing to do with how corrupt or uncorrupt a particular party is. That's just a front or excuse for action.

I couldn't agree more. It's good to see someone else speak the truth about the evil Michelle Malkin. I have sent her and FOX News countless emails of complaint all to which have never even been read let alone replied.

I'm so sick of this 'in your face' evil. Now she and her FOX News thugs have tried to taint the reputation of 9/11 Truth activists 'We Are Change' by equating them to 'terrorists' and accusing them of crimes they have not committed.

But don't worry. Their blatant disregard for the homo sapien sapien species will backfire, as more and more people are beginning to use other, more trustworthy alternative media sources.

Great post, Free Pinky.

While I generally despise "South Park", and consider it rude, crude, and not nice, there was a recent thought provoking episode featuring Britney. The story line was that the hidden agenda of the media onslaught was to get her to kill herself because she was chosen (without her knowledge) to be the sacrificial "maiden" to ensure a good harvest. She didn't succeed in killing herself, so they had some ritual and did away with her. I couldn't watch that part (South Park is disturbing!) but it certainly made the same point you are making.

I am in total agreement, who honestly cares what Paris is doing this particular day? Personally, I would say this goes further than the simple detachment of the American people, rather a more insidious population control agenda by politicians.

I couldn't agree more. I think lots of modern women have their eyes closed when it comes to the unfair treatment by the media of their gender. They seem to assume that the women's movement of the suffragettes, and subsequently in the 70s has given them equal rights and yet it is still all around us.

One of the nicest things about coming to Thailand was that the celebrity entertainment in the UK and US was no longer so in my face.

Personally I think she did not want to be found. Perhaps she spoke the language fluently and was hiding from her bratty kids and inconsiderate hubby.

Pinky can relate to that.. hahahahahh
